dkwim Terms and Conditions

dkwim is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between dkwim and its users.

dkwim reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Updating Information

Age confirmation is mandatory at registration. dkwim may request a national identity card or birth registration certificate as proof of age at any time. Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.

Parents and guardians, please ensure that underage children are not using this platform. The use of appropriate parental control software for the protection of minors is advised.

The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. A strong password should be used and changed regularly.

• Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on the dkwim platform:

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• The name on the deposit account must match the name on the registered account.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held until identity verification is complete.

5.3 Transaction Errors

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (deposit + bonus amount).

6.3 VIP Program

The dkwim VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is based on regular activity and participation. Separate terms apply to VIP cashback.

All betting and gaming activities on the dkwim platform are governed by the following rules:

7.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets cannot be placed after the market closes before an event starts.
• Bets may be cancelled due to delays or technical issues in live betting.

7.2 Irregular Results

If an incorrect result appears in any game or event due to a technical error, malfunction, or irregular circumstance, dkwim reserves the right to review the relevant bets and cancel them if necessary.

7.3 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or left incomplete, the related bets will be settled in accordance with dkwim's established policies.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or coordinated betting.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Taking unfair advantage of any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other users, staff, or partners of the platform.
• Using fraudulent or illegal payment methods.

9.1 Closure by dkwim

dkwim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Illegal or fraudulent activity.
• If the user is found to be underage.

9.2 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time. To request account closure, contact support via live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
